Troy Willsey

At a young age, Troy knew he was going to be an attorney. Fascinated by the craft of writing and the theatrics of litigating, Troy tailored his studies to guide him to law school. More importantly, he wanted to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, Filmore W. Willsey, who practiced law in the very same office that Troy works from today.

While attending Indiana University in Bloomington for four years, Troy studied journalism with a second concentration in psychology. After completing his Bachelor of Journalism, Troy immediately attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. During his time there, Troy had more than his fair share of hands-on trial experience through his internships with a prosecutor’s office, a private general practice firm, and a criminal defense clinic.

An avid guitarist, Troy enjoys performing music around the Indy area when he’s not at the office. If there’s anything that he enjoys more than helping his clients, its music. Troy’s other hobbies include fishing, skeet shooting, gardening, running, and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Hoosiers.

Troy is open-minded when it comes to hearing out new clients. If chosen to represent you, he will fight tooth and nail to achieve your legal needs.

Cory Wintz

As a lifelong Hoosier, Cory has always exhibited a strong passion for improving his home state and helping his neighbors. In all aspects of his life, those who know Cory know that he never gives in until every last option has been exhausted. Whether engaged in a legal battle in the courtroom, mechanical battle with his motorcycle, or adorable battle with the animals he fosters from local shelters, Cory refuses to abandon his causes. He prides himself in his approachability, his straight-forward style of problem-solving, and his hands-on attitude.

He understands that each client’s needs are individual and unique, and looks forward to helping you resolve them.

Cory graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he worked in the Criminal Defense Clinic representing indigent clients for low-level felonies in Marion County. In college he studied Psychology and Germanic Linguistics at Indiana University in Bloomington, where he worked in a lab researching cognitive processes relating to visual memory and categorization functions of the brain.
